I am Seeress and I write fanfiction. Here's my carrd.Superjen is studying in Japan for two years.I'm handling the orders and Superjen will be buying and shipping the items in between classes and homework.While we do charge a handling fee, we're not in this to get rich. We're pretty immersed in fandom and know that a lot of anime/manga merchandise can only be bought in Japan.

Q: WHY CAN'T I JUST PLACE THE ORDER MYSELF?A: Some Japanese online sellers do handle international shipping. But some only deliver locally and will require a local address and phone number.
Q: HOW WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?A: We'll be using the Japan Postal Service. They're pretty reliable.
Q: WHAT ARE HANDLING FEES?A: They answer for incidental costs in procuring your order e.g. delivery cost from the store to local address, costs for going to and from post office, packing materials to get your order ready for international shipping, currency conversion fees, etc., plus a little extra for our trouble.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL HANDLING AND SHIPPING COST BE?A: It depends. On the store, what your order is, where your delivery address is, and so on.In general, tack on an extra 50% of the item cost to your budget estimate. Send us your order and we'll be happy to give you a costing.
Q: HOW DO I FIND MERCH IN THE ONLINE SHOPS YOU LISTED?A: Just copy and paste the kanji of the anime or character you are looking for in the search field.
Q: CAN YOU HELP ME FIND AN ITEM?A: Sure! Send us an email and we'll try to look for it.
Q: CAN I ORDER FROM AN ONLINE SHOP NOT IN YOUR LIST?A: Send us the link and we'll check.
Q: CAN YOU BUY ME SOMETHING FROM THE PHYSICAL STORE?A: No. Unless you just want something Superjen can easily get at the convenience store or post office, like odd-flavored Kit-Kats or postcards.
Q: CAN I ORDER SOMETHING THAT'S NOT ANIME MERCH?A: Yes. We don't judge.
